Have you got hobbies?
How successful you are at the hobby will partly depend on :-
a) your own morphology ie body type - such as tall and lean or short and muscular
b) how well trained you are as you can adapt over time eg tennis players who have much more developed dominant limbs compared to the other side - forearm and leg muscle development and size.

Over time you become more aligned to your hobby and interest.
