Energetic Cord Cutting

Energetic cords are created through intense emotional experiences, relationships, trauma bonds, and repeated patterns. Sometimes, they remain long after the original connection has ended, continuing to drain energy, influence decisions, and keep us locked in outdated dynamics.

Cord cutting is a focused shamanic process where we identify and release cords that are no longer serving your highest good.

These may be linked to

• a person,

• a place,

• a belief system, or

• a situation.

  Through journeywork and energy extraction, we locate the attachment point in your field and sever the cord at its root.

Cord Cutting Tools

I can use a variety of tools to assist in this work, and the above image shows some of them.

They can include - from top left clockwise: an athame (knife); Candles, plant resins - eg frankincense, myrrh and dragon’s blood; candles, crows claw and crystal, quartz crystal, obsidian shards; rock salt; energised water; crucible; smudging herbs. There are others too!

This work doesn’t erase the memory or the lesson, but it does free your system from ongoing energetic entanglement.

After a cord cutting, most people report feeling lighter, more centered, emotionally clearer, and able to move forward with greater autonomy.
