What level of Consciousness are you at most of the time?
Did you know that there are different levels of consciousness? They aren’t related to how awake you are either - but your feelings, view of life and energetic frequency.
This chart encompasses A LOT of information!
The first thing to say is that wherever you may be on the chart - it is not right or wrong - just what’s so. Also, they can change quite quickly in time, although your underlying ‘base’ level will take time, effort and personal growth to shift materially.
Each level takes a degree of recognition and energetic growth to gain the next level, but sadly for humans, as we are survival animals, it is much easier to go down a level or two.
The "Levels of Consciousness Chart" provides a framework for understanding different states of awareness and experiences. Here's a summary of its elements:
Dimensions and Vibrational Levels: Ranges from the 3rd Dimension (lowest vibrational level) to the 12th (highest).
Energy States: Ascending from fear-based emotions such as "Shame" and "Guilt" to love-based states like "Love," "Joy," and ultimately "Enlightenment."
Frequency: Represents a scale from lower frequencies (negative emotions) to higher frequencies (positive emotions and states of being).
Emotional State: Progresses from negative emotions to positive emotions, indicating a rise in consciousness.
View of Life: How life is perceived changes from "Despairing" and "Frightening" to "Innocent" and "Is."
Self View: Self-perception evolves from "Horrible" and "Blame" to ultimate states of "Presence" and "Atman."
Processed Experience: Interpreting life’s events from "Hopelessness" to "Allowing" and "Transcendence."
States of Consciousness: From "Existence" in the lowest state to "Enlightenment" in the highest.
Location: Represents states from "3rd Dimension" to "Illuminated Mind" at the highest levels.
The chart is a tool for recognizing where you might currently be in terms of consciousness and guides toward higher vibrational states.
Now explain EACH of these points in much more details so that they become a useful tool for the reader vs just a short description

Certainly! Let's explore each component of the "Levels of Consciousness Chart" in detail:
1. Dimensions and Vibrational Levels
3rd Dimension: This is the physical reality we commonly perceive. It's associated with duality, where people experience life predominantly through emotions based on fear and survival.
12th Dimension: Represents the highest state of consciousness, often associated with universal oneness and enlightenment. At this level, there's an understanding of the interconnectedness of all things.
2. Energy States
Fear-based Emotions: Levels like "Shame," "Guilt," and "Grief" are rooted in fear, leading to contraction and suffering.
Love-based States: Emotions like "Love," "Joy," and "Peace" promote expansion, connection, and fulfillment. "Enlightenment" is the ultimate state where fear is transcended entirely.
3. Frequency
Lower Frequencies: Associated with negative emotions, these frequencies can lead to stress and disconnection.
Higher Frequencies: Correspond to positive emotions and spiritual enlightenment, promoting harmony and wellbeing.
4. Emotional State
Negative Emotions: Include "Apathy," "Guilt," and "Fear," indicating a state of disempowerment and disconnection.
Positive Emotions: "Love," "Joy," and "Peace" signal empowerment, connection, and a harmonious state of being.
5. View of Life
Negative Views: Perceptions like "Despairing" and "Frightening" create a victim mentality and a bleak outlook on life.
Positive Views: "Innocent" and "Is" are associated with acceptance and understanding of life's flow and nature.
6. Self View
Negative Self-perception: Seeing oneself as "Horrible" or "Blame" leads to low self-esteem and guilt-based actions.
Positive Self-perception: Recognizing oneself as "Presence" or "Atman" leads to self-acceptance, growth, and spiritual connection.
7. Processed Experience
Negative Processing: Interpreting experiences through "Hopelessness" or "Hyperactivity" often results in stress and dissatisfaction.
Positive Processing: "Allowing" and "Transcendence" involve accepting experiences without judgment, leading to peace and mindfulness.
8. States of Consciousness
Lower States: "Existence" is about merely surviving, often characterized by fear and basic instincts.
Higher States: "Enlightenment" involves spiritual awakening, realization, and liberation from ego and suffering.
9. Location
3rd Dimension: Engaged mainly in physical and emotional experiences, centered on individuality and separateness.
Illuminated Mind: A state of being where one experiences profound spiritual insights, unity consciousness, and inner peace.
