When would you consider an energy house clearing to be a helpful tool to use?
House clearing can be done for a number of reasons including:

There have been a series of ‘unlucky’ incidences / coincidences
During the energy clearing process many tools and actions are taken using a variety of techniques, shamanic and otherwise. I shall bring with me all the tools which I require.
For your part though there is some preparation which is helpful to speed the clearing through and also to improve its effects.
1. Please clean your house or the space to be cleared thoroughly, in advance as best you can. This may include de-cluttering and general tidying. Energy is sticky! So removing as much dirt, stuff and disorganisation as possible reduces the initial loading.
2. It is helpful for all people and animals to exit the property after the initial introductions, if possible. It means that none of the medicines will be disturbed and your own energies will not effect the actions as they take place. The clearing may take (hopefully) no longer than 2 hours, and should be less. It all depends on what I find...
3. Please open ALL the windows and doors before you leave the property. If necessary - turn the heating off to stop wasting money too.
4. As part of completing the intake form, drawing out a plan of the house and each level in the house is helpful, and how it sits in the plot. Include basements and lofts!
How long does a house clearing take?
It depends…. is probably a good answer! I am not trying to duck the question, but
size of property / number of rooms
number of people who live there
cleanliness of rooms / house - energy is sticky! Mess creates more mess.
If I find toxic / negative entities or spirits that need to be cleared
Ancestral influences
If its a site of war / deaths or other highly charged emotions
In short, for most people 2hours should cover it, but it can be up to 4 hours. It is as long as it needs to be.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £250 based on about 2 hours at the property.
The final cost will be determined on 1) what and how many medicine cures are used and 2) the time required and 3) travel time. A final invoice will be issued after the clearing.
