Clairaudience is the ability to receive intuitive information through sound, words, tones, or frequencies that don’t necessarily come through the physical ears.
It’s “clear hearing” — hearing beyond the ordinary range.

It can be experienced as coming from within your own head, but not the same as your ‘self-talk’ voice or from the outside environment! I know, its a bit confusing.
