Tricia Pomroy

Tricia began teaching T’ai Chi, Qigong, energy cultivation, meditation and related internal arts in 1992.

Since then she has taught these arts to hundreds of students, initially in the London area and latterly in West Sussex.

She is committed to helping people create a healthier and more fulfilling life-style; Tai Chi being a key component of her work.

Tricia was trained by Master San Gee Tam. Being a student of direct lineage Masters he has been an accomplished Master of Tai Chi for well over 30 years.

Tricia’s foundational training included teaching in Tai Chi Chuan (Yang style), Taoist meditation and Qigong.
After completing a very intensive two year professional level instructor training Tricia followed this up with years of ongoing study, practise and development.

Tricia has also successfully helped clients (via Lifestyle/Balance sessions) to improve qualitative aspects of their life including diet, nutrition, advising on exercise programs, correct breathing training, posture correction and learning how to really fully and deeply relax.

Other clients have chosen to work on achieving more harmonious balance between their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves. On achieving this one is able to operate in a flow state. T’ai Chi principles are applied in a practical way to show you how this can be attained.

Tricia is a fully licensed T’ai Chi Instructor with the Golden Flower T’ai Chi Association and is also an instructor member of the T’ai Chi Union for Great Britain (TCUGB).

The Living Elements Clinic is the ONLY location where Trisha teaches Qigong classes in the area.

Classes are on a Thursday evening 6pm and are suitable for beginners and more experienced students.
