Qigong Classes
Qigong is the science of developing and using the energy of the body.
*CHANGE OF TIME – now Weds 10am*
Using gentle stretching exercises combined with breathing techniques and visualisation, Qigong balances the flow of chi energy through the meridians, thereby promoting the health of the physical organs as well as the mind and spirit.
The primary aim of Qigong is to prevent disease and promote longevity. That is why the Chinese regard it as a ‘national treasure’.
Qigong will help you to become
- more energetic,
- alert,
- calm and
- flexible, both physically and mentally.
Qigong practise improves
- health,
- combats ageing,
- deepens meditation and
- enhances performance in martial arts, sports or daily work.
Cultivate your personal energy while promoting self-healing. As well as developing internal strength and energy Qigong teaches us to relax our entire system and calm our minds so that we can remove our internal energy blocks.
Daily practise will help you to reclaim the vitality that is naturally yours.
