- Please follow this link to use google maps (external website)
From Chichester: At the Selsey roundabout on the A27 turn south towards Selsey B2145. Take the second right at the small roundabout to Hunston and Selsey. Continue for 5 miles. Half a mile past the Total petrol garage you will see a right turning signposted Highleigh and Wild Bird Hospital = Keynor Lane. Continue along Keynor Lane for half mile. As you come round a left hand bend there is a layby to your right for the school. Directly opposite the School entrance is the Living Elements Clinic on the left hand drive with the sandy coloured fence. Welcome!
From Birdham: Half way down the Birdham Straight, turn leftt to Sidlesham and Almodington. At the White House (0.6mile), turn left to Sidlesham. Follow for 0.8 mile. Turn right to Bird Hospital and Highleigh. Continue carefully through the hamlet. You will come to a big left hand bend by the school (Ham corner), just after the bend turn right into Living Elements Clinic (opposite the school gates and before the layby).
From the Witterings: Either go via Birdham and follow directions above or from Bracklesham, turn right off Bracklesham Lane into Clappers Lane towards Earnley. After ½ mile, turn left and follow this road for 1 mile past Earnley Grange round a sharp left hand bend. Pass some cottages on the right, then turn right into Easton Lane. Continue for 2 miles. This brings you out to Ham/Highleigh Corner, with the back of Sidlesham School facing you. Turn right and just past the corner, right again into Living Elements Clinic (opposite the school gates and before the layby).
From Bognor Regis: Either come from Chichester and the A27 or go via the Lower Bognor Road onto the Pagham Road (B2166). Go straight over the Runcton mini-roundabout and at the Hunston roundabout turn left to Selsey. Then follow directions as if you were coming from Chichester as above. (Note this is a much quicker route during rush hour than the A27, but there will still be some queuing at Hunston.)
Parking
Please park considerately. There is disabled parking outside the clinic entrance on the right of the driveway.
Bus
There are two bus services. The 51 service to Selsey from Chichester which drops you at the end of Keynor Lane (almost), then it’s an 8 minute walk to the clinic.
The 50 service from the Witterings and Itchenor, to Sidlesham and back. This drops you outside the clinic by the school! Timetables available at the clinic or Stagecoach Buses, Chichester.

Appointment cancellations / missed appointments Policy
ALL missed appointments will be charged for at the discretion of the practitioner concerned and an invoice issued to that patient. The FULL FEE is chargeable.
ALL appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable at the full rate UNLESS the appointment is subsequently filled or in exceptional circumstances – at the discretion of the practitioner.
The patients need to understand that this is NOT a personal request or there to cause them problems, just that this is the CONTRACT. They have agreed to come to an appointment, the practitioner has agreed to see them for the stated amount of time and cost; and that there are circumstances that sometimes prevent this from happening, nonetheless, there are consequences to their actions and choices. It also means that other patients have the time (as does the practitioner) to make new arrangements and agreements with good time.
This policy is not there to discriminate against you, the patient, but to ensure the easy operation of the clinic and for all the patients’ benefit in the long run. If patients do not stick to their agreements, they may have to expect that the fees as a whole will have to increase in order to pay for the missed appointments / late cancellations.
The cancellation policy is written on the bottom of the appointment cards and on a notice in the reception area and in each treatment room. It is the duty of the patient to make themselves familiar with this and is in line with other health practitioners – eg dentists.
Thank you for your co-operation in keeping your appointments.
INTEGRITY IS A CORNERSTONE OF THE CLINICS POLICY.
