Pilates is a REAL workout!

I have now been attending Robyn Stuarts classes for 2 years …for those of you who think that doing mat work on the floor, and only moving your muscles a little distance looks easy – think again! We also get to use big gym balls, smaller balls etc to enhance the exercises. And it’s fun!

T’ai Chi Classes

Currently we are only offering Qigong Classes, but the teacher, Tricia Pomroy also teaches T’ai chi elsewhere and if there is demand will happily put on a Class for this as well. T’ai chi is in effect the martial arts form of Qigong from which it originated.
