• Various therapies and treaments are available to help with pain relief, cleansing, detoxing, relaxation, lifestyle changes etc
• We offer a choice of 3 types of classes – Pilates, Yoga and Chi Kung
• To find out more about our work and support the children’s research charity – Spark! come to our Natural Health Fair on Sat 186 th Jan 10-4pm
• Coming soon – free health care related webinars for you to view in the comfort of your own home and get some great information to keep you and your family well, that you won’t get from your doctor!   Osteopathic care during pregnancy

• Some of the subjects to be covered in the weinars will be: arthritis, coping with pain and inflammation naturally (and very successfully!), menopause, healthy children from a healthy diet to start with, mental health issues etc If you want a particular subject covered – why don’t you let Gayle know?
